ROCKSTAR

PUBLICATIONS

For the past five years, I have been focused on redefining who I am and finding my own belief system. Throughout this journey, I have used countless journals, planners, and goal setting techniques. Each of these always had their own advantages, but never exactly what I needed. Thus, this journal was born.

The prompts in this journal align with what has helped me grow, manifest, and get to the point I am today. The prompts chosen challenged me to focus on the positive in my own life and reflect on what can still be done to reach the next level. My hope is that this journal helps you become the business woman you have always wanted to be.

The heart of who I am is a teacher. In my career, I have been an instructional designer (ID), teacher, facilitator, public speaker, and coach. I have over 10 years of experience in the education field spanning both K-12 classrooms and higher education. All of my work is driven by my life motto to make a difference in the world. My joy and happiness comes from seeing people, projects, and companies grow in ways they never thought was possible. I embody a growth mindset and consider myself a lifelong learner.
