Three years ago today I graduated with my teaching degree from the University of Michigan. I love teaching and making a difference in people’s lives. I love seeing the lightbulb when a student finally gets it. I love having rapport with my students and getting excited about the things going on in their lives.
BUT
After three years of teaching, I have decided to embark on a new journey. Starting May 11, I will begin my career at a local community college as an Online Instructional Designer. It was not an easy decision to leave not only my amazing school, but also the career of teaching. I have met some amazing people and have been inspired by incredible teachers doing extraordinary things.
