Ok, honestly I haven’t really changed, just became a better version of my “old” self. Over the past year I have been really focusing on my own mental health, personal growth, and figuring out what is next. After 3.5 years, this Fall semester I will be defending my dissertation and becoming Dr. Blair Stamper. In true Blair fashion, I started thinking about what is next for me. Where do I go from here?
Originally I went into my doctoral program wanting to be a Director of Online Learning or in a similar position. This dream has drastically changed in the past 3.5 years. I am in a place where I feel valued, appreciated, and no desire to move up the corporate ladder. Instead, I’m more focused on creating a community for online learning professionals, becoming a thought leader, and publishing practical information and studies that can be easily implemented by instructional designers.
That is where the new brand and website comes in.
Over the past year, I have been working with amazing creatives to create a brand and website that embodies who I am, where I want to go, and how I want the information to get out there. In this website you will find:
